Founded in 2017, Rattanakosin International College of Creative Entrepreneurship (RICE) was born from a vision to elevate Thai education and the creative industries to a global level.
Our educational philosophy is deeply inspired by Poh-Chang Academy of Arts — a historic institution regarded as a cornerstone of Thai artistic craftsmanship — and rooted in the fusion of artistry, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial vision.
RICE is dedicated to cultivating students into Creative Entrepreneurs
who can transform their passion into a lifelong profession, equipped with advanced practical skills, global vision, and the confidence to thrive in today’s dynamic creative economy.
Our programs integrate design, fashion, and entrepreneurship,
while offering students a global perspective through academic collaboration with the
Campus d’excellence des Métiers d’Art et du Design, Paris, Manufactures des Gobelins —
a world-renowned center for art, craftsmanship, and innovation supported by the French government and Ministry of Culture.
We believe that Creative education isn’t just about what we teach — it’s about who the students become.
At RICE, we aim to empower the next generation of creators with vision, hands-on skills, and global industry networks to become leaders in the creative industries — in Thailand and on the international stage.
