We “RICE”, are proud to share a significant milestone in its journey towards internationalization and creative excellence. RICE was recently honored with an invitation to participate in the prestigious International Fashion Show in Paris, France – an event that brought together emerging designers, art institutions, and industry leaders from around the world.
Held under the theme “Paris et Duperré enchantent le Monde” – Paris and Duperré Enchant the World – the show presented a fusion of fashion, art, and global cultures. RICE’s participation showcased the extraordinary design talents of both its faculty and students, highlighting innovative garments that reflect diverse artistic inspirations and forward-thinking creativity.
RICE collaborated with École Duperré Paris, one of France’s most respected art and design schools, alongside renowned fashion designers from leading international brands. This unique opportunity provided a powerful platform for RICE students to present their work to an international audience, while also strengthening academic and creative ties between Thai and French institutions.
Ajarn Boonsong Taodee (Ajarn Ken), as a team leader, a respected fashion design lecturer with extensive experience working with top-tier brands in France. His professional network and creative leadership were instrumental in bridging connections across borders and guiding RICE’s young designers to shine on the world stage.
More than a fashion presentation,
this event signified a deepened academic cooperation that aligns with RICE’s mission to promote Creative Design Entrepreneurship.
Through such global engagements, RICE continues to foster cross-cultural learning, support artistic innovation, and uplift Thai cultural identity in meaningful and contemporary ways.
